Sol Acres is a large executive condominium located in Choa Chu Kang in District 23. With 1,327 units split over 3 towers, it was the largest EC throughout Singapore at its launch in August 2015, and the only one offering 1 bed units. Sol Acres has a good array of facilities, including a tennis court, table tennis pavilion, gymnasium, a 50 metre lap pool and a rollerblading trail. Though there is not an MRT station in walking distance from Sol Acres, Teck Whye LRT Station is just a 3-minute walk from the development and it is then 3 stops to either Choa Chu Kang MRT Station on the North South Line or Bukit Panjang on the Downtown Line.
